About Earline

A practitioner of change. A student of truth. A woman becoming more fully herself.

I have spent years sitting with people at the places where old stories, survival patterns, and deeper truth meet. My work is rooted in one conviction: lasting change becomes possible when we reach the root.

MY STORY

The work became personal long before it became professional.

I’m a Certified Advanced MAP/Process Healing Practitioner, with experience in belief rewiring, hypnotherapy, parts integration, and somatic nervous-system work. But credentials tell only part of the story.

I am also a Caribbean woman, a mother, a grandmother, a spiritual seeker, and someone who has had to meet life honestly. My practice comes from training and lived experience—the willingness to keep asking what is true beneath fear, conditioning, and circumstance.

Today, I help others do the same: gently, directly, and without making anyone wrong for how they learned to survive.

WHY THE FLAMINGO

Freedom. Truth. Protection of what is sacred.

The flamingo is more than my signature. It represents freedom, truth, and our responsibility as protectors of the Earth.

I first understood the fullness of that symbol through the people of Albania, standing together to protect a flamingo habitat and declaring: no more desecration.

We are protectors of the Earth. We are protectors of truth. We are protectors of the life this Earth was created to hold.

Here in Trinidad and Tobago, the scarlet ibis carries that call home. Together, these birds remind me that humanity is meant to live here with dignity, equity, and justice—and that what is sacred is worth standing up for.

WHAT GUIDES ME

01

Truth over performance

We do not pretend our way into freedom. We meet what is here with honesty.

02

Wholeness over fixing

You are not a problem to solve. Healing reveals what has always remained whole.

03

God within life

Spirituality can be intimate, embodied, and alive—not confined to borrowed language.
